    Everything was perfect, we had amazing 2 days here. The breakfast was enjoyable and marvellous with live music and also goodies to eat, the restaurant was amazing. The service here was perfect.

    Views appeared to be bad.

    very comfy bed in guest room with a mini-fridge-bar, air conditioner and a personal safe. amazingly efficient stuff, really nice stay. good location close to world trade centre.

    My room's trash bins lacked garbage bags, unacceptable. The checkout process was a nightmare. I was locked in my room for over 20 minutes due to a faulty door. This caused me to miss an important reservation, frustrating.

    Property was exceptional, with VERY SUPPORTIVE staff and fantastic location very near to traditional market. Location: the hotel was close enough to the Teatro restaurant and coffee shop particularly welcoming especially Lilian and the marina and part.

    The staff, especially ali at the reception, were friendly and professional. The room was spacious and the breakfast had plenty of healthy options. The rooftop pool was a fantastic spot for relaxation, too.
